By purchasing the Make It Yours Design Service, you agree to the following:

What we provide

• A tailored version of the curated room you select, including up to five (5) product substitutions and one (1) color or finish change

• A written design summary and an itemized Purchase Order listing every piece with current pricing, availability, and lead times

• Your completed design within fourteen (14) business days after we receive your photos, measurements, and room details

• One round of revisions, requested within seven (7) days of delivery

• An optional 30-minute call

  
  

What we need from you

• Photos and accurate measurements of your room, including window and door locations, within fourteen (14) days of purchase

• Timely responses to our questions. If we don't hear from you for sixty (60) days, your project will be closed and your fee is not refundable.

Ordering and payment

• Your Purchase Order is a quote. There is no obligation to purchase, and no order is placed until you approve it.

• Pricing and availability are valid for seven (7) days from the date of your Purchase Order. After that, we will re-confirm both before ordering.

• To order, approve your Purchase Order in writing and submit payment in full. We do not place orders before payment is received.

• We purchase the items on your behalf through our vendor accounts. Items ship directly from our vendor partners and may arrive separately.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Returns, damages, and shipping are governed by our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Damages policies.

Good to know

• This service covers furniture, lighting, rugs, decor, and color. It does not include built-ins, cabinetry, structural changes, or changes to plumbing, electrical, or fixed fixtures.

• Product availability and pricing change often. If something is unavailable, we'll recommend a comparable alternative.

• Products are purchased separately. Your design fee covers the design work only. Furnishings, shipping, and taxes are quoted on your Purchase Order.

• Design fees are non-refundable once work begins. If we review your project and find it isn't a good fit for this service, we'll refund you in full before starting.

• Work beyond what's described above is billed at $95 per hour and will always be agreed to in advance.

• Your design, including boards, layouts, and your Purchase Order, is for your personal use in the room you purchased it for. It remains the property of Nest + Nook and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

• We may use images of completed designs in our portfolio and marketing. No personal information is ever shared.
