By purchasing the Custom E-Design service, you agree to the following:

What we provide

• A 45-minute kickoff call, by phone or video, or we can work by email

• A custom design concept for one room, with mood board and color palette

• A scaled furniture layout

• Paint (or other wall treatment) recommendations for wall, trim, and ceiling

• An itemized Purchase Order listing every piece with current pricing, availability, and lead times

• Your completed design within fourteen (14) business days of your kickoff call

• One round of revisions, requested within seven (7) days of delivery

  
  

What we need from you

• Photos and accurate measurements of your room, including window and door locations, within fourteen (14) days of purchase

• Timely responses to our questions. If we don't hear from you for sixty (60) days, your project will be closed and your fee is not refundable.

  
  

Scope

• Custom E-Design covers furniture, lighting, rugs, decor, and color for one room. It does not include built-ins, cabinetry, millwork, structural changes, changes to plumbing, electrical, or fixed fixtures, on-site visits, contractor coordination, or installation.

• Additional rooms are a separate purchase.

• Work beyond this scope is billed at $95 per hour and will always be agreed to in advance.

Ordering and payment

• Your Purchase Order is a quote. There is no obligation to purchase, and no order is placed until you approve it.

• Pricing and availability are valid for seven (7) days from the date of your Purchase Order. After that, we will re-confirm both before ordering.

• To order, approve your Purchase Order in writing and submit payment in full. We do not place orders before payment is received.

• We purchase the items on your behalf through our vendor accounts. Items ship directly from our vendor partners and may arrive separately.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Returns, damages, and shipping are governed by our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Damages policies.

  
  

Good to know

• Product availability and pricing change often. If something is unavailable, we'll recommend a comparable alternative.

• Products are purchased separately. Your design fee covers the design work only. Furnishings, shipping, and taxes are quoted on your Purchase Order.

• Ask us for swatches before approving your Purchase Order. Fabrics and finishes look different in person, and all sales are final.

• Within two (2) business days of receiving your Custom E-Design Intake Form, we'll confirm your project is a good fit. If it isn't, we'll refund you in full before any work begins. After that, design fees are non-refundable.

• Your design, including boards, layouts, and your Purchase Order, is for your personal use in the room you purchased it for. It remains the property of Nest + Nook and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

• We may use images of completed designs in our portfolio and marketing. No personal information is ever shared.
